this coaching class is for stay-at-home moms who want to:

  • Learn how to manage their time in a way that honors God and honors your family.
  • Give your family the best part of you and not the leftovers.
  • Find a system to get things done that will leave you knowing that you did your best when you go to sleep at night.
  • Eliminate tasks and commitments that are draining you.
  • Make the word “no” part of your vocabulary and stop saying “yes” to things that take your time away from those you love.

why am I offering this class?

  • I know what it’s like to go to bed at night feeling like I did nothing but spin my wheels all day to get nothing accomplished.
  • I know how it feels to scramble in the evening trying to get my household responsibilities and business tasks done before the next day, and then the guilt sets in because my kids just want me to sit on the floor and play with them while I’m trying to “get things done.”
  • I know how it feels to be that mom who just wants to go to sleep so that the day is over, but then dreads doing it all over again the next day because I’m exhausted and always feel like I have too much to do. It’s feels like a never ending cycle.
  • I know what it’s like to feel depleted, yet still won’t make myself enough of a priority to put time on the schedule to get a pedicure, take a nap, or have lunch with a friend.
  • I know what it’s like to have my husband long for my attention at the end of the day when I feel tired, exhausted, and feel like I can give no more.
  • I know that I’m not the only one who feels this way and has a calling or passion to pursue something great.

what we will cover:

  • Week 1: Our priorities and the freedom that comes with pre-determining what’s important to us.
  • Week 2: Defining our distractions and tracking our time.
  • Week 3: Time organization systems and choosing the best system for you.
  • Week 4: Implementing your system, troubleshooting, & building rest into our schedules

how the class works:

  • You show up! We will be using www.zoom.us to video chat.
  • The class will begin on Tuesday, May 9th and we will meet on the following dates: May 9th, 16th, 23rd, and 30th.
  • We will meet one time per week as a group on Tuesdays at 10am PST/1pm EST for 1-hour.
  • During the class I will speak on our week’s topic and we will have a Q & A session at the end. Interaction is highly recommended!
  • Each week you will get a worksheet to fill out and use during our coaching session.
  • You will have access to me in a private, Facebook group throughout the week with the other class members for support, accountability, and feedback.
  • You will have a weekly homework assignment that will be posted in our Facebook group.
  • You will receive a weekly scripture passage to read through each week that will coincide with the topic of the week.

You have 2 different Coaching options:

4-Week Coaching Class – Basic Registration
  • The 4-week #TakeBackYourTime Group Coaching Class that includes (4) 1-hour group coaching sessions, private Facebook group, and worksheets.
4-Week Coaching Class + Accountability
  • The 4-week #TakeBackYourTime Group Coaching Class that includes (4) 1-hour group coaching sessions, private Facebook group, and worksheets.
  • (3) 30-minute accountability sessions via video chat or phone to make sure that you’re following through on what you learned in the class. We’ll discuss what’s working and what’s not working and what tweaks need to be made so that you find a system that works for you!
  • Your 1st 30-minute session will be during the month of our coaching class to discuss your needs and current struggles. We will also set 2-3 goals for your specific situation to work toward over the 2-months we will be working together.
  • Your 2nd 30-minute session will happen 2-weeks after the class is over so we can evaluate what is working for you and what is still a current struggle for you. We will address areas that may need adjustments and give you solutions.
  • Your 3rd 30-minute session will occur 1-month after the class is finished so we can go back and see if you’re meeting the goals we set forth.
  • Each session is unique to you and your goals.
